Just when you thought that Adobe’s newest creative suite could not get any better, you see something like this that is already making me salivate for CS6! At Adobe’s MAX conference a few weeks ago, the folks at Adobe wowed the audience with a live demonstration of a Flash to HTML5 conversion tool, which is currently in the works.
Sure exporting for HTML 5 and CSS3 is not really anything new, since Adobe offers a plug-in for Dreamweaver and Illustrator (which enables publishing to these new technologies), but this is a whole other story! Not only does this allow you to straight up convert a flash file into a JavaScript/HTML5 web-ready document, but it also allows for the cross document use of assets, just as you would from one Flash library to the next. Man I cant wait for this to be commercially available!
